The Maxpower
Guard is the answer to affordable Internet protection. It is a microprocessor-controlled
interactive UPS with automatic buck and boost facilities. At an affordable
price, no application needs to be exposed to power interruptions.
Buck and Boost with auto Voltage Regulator
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) automatically corrects brownouts
and over voltages without using battery power by stepping up low voltage
and stepping down high voltage to levels that are safe for your system.
Instantaneous battery backup power prevents data loss caused by outages.
Line interactive design
An innovative design in which the inverter works "in reverse"
charging the batteries during normal operation, providing greater efficiency,
and reliability. Outperforms standby and on-line designs.
Surge Suppression and Noise Filtering
Full-time surge suppression prevents catastrophic hardware damage and
extends system life, while EMI/RFI filtering prevents electrical noise
from affecting computer operation or introducing "glitches"
into data files.
User Replaceable Hot Swap Battery
The 1000VA and 1200VA are constructed to allow a safe user replacement
of batteries. Save time and money with bonus of no downtime by replacing
